Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will be charged in full. Cancellations made before this hour are free of charge. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the election can be postponed or refunded. However, this will be examined on a case-by-case basis. In cases where payment is required, Any cancellations after the invoice due date will be canceled and no refunds will be given.
There are many reasons of flight missing like you got stuck somewhere or due to any other reason. If you are dealing with the same situation and you don’t get refund. If you had informed your airline an hour before your flight than you are entitled to the refund of your bound taxed. You will get full refund in case of informing the airline. Otherwise you will get compensated with the ticket price after deducting 1/3 or 1/4 part of its actual value.
In case your flight is delayed due to any circumstance and you want to cancel your flight then you can freely cancel your flight without any issue. You will get known about the delaying of your flight few hours ago. On the same spot you can inform us about your re-scheduling and cancel your booking free of cost. If you want to reset your booking than you can otherwise you will furnished with refund according to company’s policy.
If you have a confirmed transfer reservation from the airport and you have provided us with the correct flight information, your driver will be waiting for you on arrival regardless of the delay.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for delays of more than 15 minutes. This fee is calculated proportionally based on a 5 minute delay of 120 EUR per hour. Please note that if the driver has a busy schedule and no contact has been made to notify us of your delay, the driver will leave after 30 minutes and the service will be fully charged.
If you have to stop or turn around on the way to your destination, additional fees may apply. These deviations may include collecting property keys, stopping supermarkets, collecting/dropping off passengers, or returning to your pickup point to pick up a forgotten item.
If you may be unsure of your arrival time, please contact the office in advance to discuss this with us. Within our schedule, we may make provisions to respond to your delay. Alternatively, we may charge a lead time to give you more flexibility.
